Race Day

Race packets will be available for pickup at Main Street Bicycles in Carpentersville on Aug 10, the Saturday before the race. The race will take place on the historic Meadowdale International Raceway in the Raceway Woods Forest Preserve on the north west corner of Rte. 31 & Main St./Huntley Rd. in Carpentersville starting at 8 am. Registration/Sign In will start at 6:30 am that morning. Event parking will only be allowed in the designated parking area which will be located just north of Spring Point Dr. off of Rte. 31 on the west side of the Rd. Signage will be posted and volunteers will be on site to direct you in. Carpooling is suggested. Make sure to leave yourself at least 20 minutes to park & register or sign in and be ready for the start of the race. Craft Donuts will be supplying donuts for racers, but will also have nitro cold brew coffee for sale. Be sure to bring cash or a credit card in case you need some extra caffeine or...

This year we’re going to allow for dog walking and running in the back of the starting line-ups for both 5K and 3K courses. (For well-behaved dogs that are leashed, and cleaned up after.)
